Worried your toddler will never give up their pacifier?

Cut a small hole in the tip. It won’t feel the same to them, and chances are good they wont like the new feeling

and will give it up on their own.

 

 

 

 

Not able to get veggies in?

First and foremost - START EARLY!  Introduce vegetables and 100% juices as soon as possible.  Avoid the sweet stuff with sugars

and syrups.  Then by the time they can decide, THEY will CHOOSE healthier snacks and ultimately develop healthy eating habits.
