Our daily schedule is modeled
after most general preschool programs. It’s outline is
designed to teach children to recognize and adjust to daily
routines and personal responsibility. While it is our daily
format, our schedule is very flexible to openly allow for
unplanned events or occurrences that may arise during the day.
Therefore some days we may not fit everything in, or may
rearrange the order of activities to best accommodate time.
However, we always have at least one full hour of creative
learning where your child will be introduced to letter, number,
color, and shape recognition.

Instructions & Reminders |
Each child is unique and may
master skills at a rate and age different from other children.
Recognizing that, the curriculum implemented at Peas In A Pod
provides a variety of activities geared toward the age level and
developmental needs of the child. The program is designed
to enhance the child’s social, emotional, self-help, expressive
language, gross & fine motor, and cognitive skills. Our
goal is to help the children in our care master skills and
concepts essential for developing a general readiness for the
next level. We achieve that goal by insuring that we are
not just babysitting your child, but exposing him or her to
specific age appropriate skill sets necessary to enter into
school.
While our Curriculum is
structured, it will not be a rigorous academic program. We
do recognize that young children learn best through play by
participating in and observing the environment around them.
Sweet Pea Graduations!
Graduation instills a special school spirit and recognizes their
accomplishments. The ceremony creates closure as they
move on from this first milestone and into the next big step in their
academic lives.
It's never too early to teach a child,
even a preschooler the
importance of academic growth and personal development with a
celebration honoring their achievements. Then let their
newfound confidence take care of the rest.
Fill them with pride and watch your little Sweet Pea grow!
