REFERRALS

Hey!  Thinking of telling someone about your great childcare service experience with us?  AWESOME!  Well, as a special thanks, any parent that refers a new client, will receive a free week (based on one new enrolment) of care for each child that enrolls.  The free week will be deducted after the newly referred child has attended daycare for 4 weeks.

How cool is that?  After all, a referral is the best compliment we could ever receive!

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

At Peas In  A Pod, we care very deeply for our “SweetPeas” and their well-being, but we also care for their Moms.

Statistics show that 5.3 million women and 3.3 to 10 million children are abused or exposed to domestic violence each year. For women, domestic violence creates dangerous, often life-threatening living conditions:

  • Forty-two percent (42%) of all female homicide victims are murdered by an intimate partner or family member, and
  • Women who leave their abusers are at a 75% greater risk of being killed by their partners.

Each year, approximately 324,000 pregnant women are battered by their partners in the United States. In Illinois, 68% of all reported domestic crimes occur in Cook County, and the number of women whose lives, safety and well-being are threatened by abusive partners is actually estimated to be three times that number.

In light of these horrifying facts, we urge you to please reach out and get help.

Contact Sarah's Inn.  Not only may your life depend on it, but so may your child's.

Not sure if it's Domestic Violence or Abuse?  Check for yourself.
