1. How
early can I bring my child to daycare?
A. The center opens at 7:00 a.m.; however we are willing to
accommodate a drop off up to 1 hour earlier (6:00am).
The parent or
guardian’s work schedule must be provided for the approval of such
accommodations.
2. Is there a registration fee?
A. Yes. A registration fee per
child (not per family) is required in advance
to secure placement in
care.

What if my child gets ill during the day?
A.
If your child becomes ill while in our care at the daycare, we will
keep them safe and comfortable in our
TLC (Tender Loving Care) area
until a parent or authorized person arrives to pick them up.
4. Do I have to pay every Monday? I’m only paid every two weeks.
A.
Weekly payments are due
on Monday for the week service is provided. You may discuss the
available pay
schedule options with the
Director. Flex-Pay schedules are approved on a case-by-case basis, and
may be
revoked at the Director’s discretion.
5.
Are there any other payment options besides check and money order?
A.
Yes. You may set up electronic payments to be withdrawn from your
checking account
automatically.
6. Is
the electronic payment system safe?
A.
Absolutely. Once enrolled, all
personal account information will be kept
confidential. This
information
is never provided to the childcare provider.
Payments are electronically transferred strictly from bank to bank.
